Candidate should possess B.E. Civil Engineering qualification with 510 years experience in construction and management position.
Experiences. To manage and handle various civil works including residential, commercial, Industrial building construction and high rise construction.
Contract Management. With 3-5 years relevant experience in contract preparation, tendering, negotiation and award.
Knowledge of MS office & AutoCAD
Review of drawings, specifications and estimates
Ensuring timely completion of construction and shut down activities within the budget.
Ability to lead and manage a team of supervisors, staff and workers.
Organized and result oriented
Good Interpersonal, Leadership skills Communication Skills. Fluent in English
Responsible for the preparation of Company''s construction operational, clients meetings and general services contracts to professional standards.
Provide a contractual follow-up service to effect the proper implementation of contracts.
Provide a supporting service in the interpretation of contracts during the course of administration or at contract closeout.
Holding valid driving license
Age Age between 30 to 40 years old
