Job Description:
They are seeking for the services of an IT Manager to work in Middle East , United Arab Emirates , Dubai . Microsoft, MCSE, Active Directory, HP, Cisco, CCNA, WAN Technologies, MPLS, VPN, Virtualisation, Server Consolidation, Security Management, ITIL, Prince 2, Dubai, UAE.

This is a newly created role specifically devised to service the needs of the well established Middle East end user and customer base. Working for a highly regarded International group, the initial task will focus on the establishment of a local IT support facility leading ultimately to the formation of a dedicated service desk operation.

The Middle East operation will utilise the services of their UK based IT department as a customer and will also use local third party suppliers. Since it is a start-up IT facility, the appointed individual will need a strong technical background comprising much of the above technical skill set with a preparedness to undertake whatever duties are required. Consequently a hands-on approach is a definite requirement for this role.

You should have at least 5 years solid IT support experience and appropriate accreditations gained in a busy Microsoft environment and ideally you will have current or previous experience of working in the Middle East . You should also have the strength of character to effectively manage suppliers and a small team of Service Desk technicians.

Needless to say, your personal circumstance should allow permanent relocation to Dubai . The tax free package on offer equates to 300,000 AED inclusive of accommodation allowance. Additionally some assistance will be provided for relocation costs if required. Dubai , UAE.
