- Experience in design and construction of projects
- Capability and experience in designing to the highest international standards
- Proven track record of international competition wins
- Able to generate conceptual thought and lead such discussions with Clients and Staff
- Capability and experience in the administration and management of staff & resources

Desirable

RIBA registered practitioner
Middle East experience
Proven track record in major project delivery ($44 million plus)

Essential

Ability to be client facing and manage clients effectively
