Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 1 - 5 Years


Responsibilities:

- You will have creativity and flair to be able to manage the kitchen brigade to produce high quality meals using only the finest of ingredients.
- You are able to direct and guide your team of chefs in providing a consistently high quality of food, as per international standards.
- You will ensure that guest satisfaction is delivered to guests at all times.
- You can develop and identify new products and equipment, to improve the production of the kitchen.
- You have the ability to develop and define quality standards of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen.
